We are a multi-disciplinary health practice located in the heart of Sea Point, Cape Town. Our integrated and qualified team; which consists of a Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Sports Massage Therapist, Biokineticist and a Personal trainer; all work together under one roof to ensure that your overall health and wellness improves and is maintained. We provide the most effective and convenient care to ensure that your body is functioning at its optimum.

We are contracted to all South African Medical Aid providers, and as a courtesy to our patients we submit their claims to Medical Aid on their behalf if they so wish.

DR. MEGAN HOPE, CHIROPRACTOR

Dr. Megan Hope is a qualified Chiropractor who received her Masters degree from the University of Johannesburg in 2010. She is the owner of Atlantic Spine and Joint Health Centre.

After qualifying, Dr. Hope worked abroad for a Saudi Arabian Royal family as part of their multi-disciplinary health team, treating not only the family but also numerous high profile individuals from all over the world. With this global exposure she has had the benefit of working with some of the world’s foremost doctors and specialists, gaining invaluable knowledge and expertise along the way.

Proudly South African, in 2015 Dr. Hope returned to South Africa to share her passion and international knowledge for Chiropractic’s, in doing so she took over, grew and developed the dedicated team which now forms Atlantic Spine and Joint.

Dr. Hope has completed numerous courses in the United States and has a special interest and expertise in treating pregnant woman, children and babies using the Webster technique; she is currently only one of two South African Chiropractors certified in the technique by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She also practices Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC) and Ki-Hara resistance stretching, a technique used on US Olympic athletes.
